Mediation Effect of Stakeholder Management between Stakeholder Characteristics and Project Performance

Abstract Effective stakeholder management (ESM) is a critical success factor for projects. The increasing complexity in the relationships among stakeholders and their diverse characteristics, including power interests makes of increasingly challenging. To date, much literature has focused on analysis with very limited to direct indirect between characteristics (SC) project performance (PP). Therefore, aim this study fill these research gaps by empirically examining (1) relationship(s) SC PP (2) mediation effect ESM above-mentioned relationships.
